How do members receive their tips from our tipsters?

All our tips are sent by email to all members, at least 3 hours before match kick off, or latest by 9pm (GMT+0800) for late night matches.  This is to allow members sufficient time to place their bets.

Will all tipsters give the same tips for the same match?

All our 3 tipsters have been advised not to provide tips for the same matches.

What kind of guarantee do you have?

We guarantee overall match day winner for all match day tips purchased from us, else all 3 tips will be sent ABSOLUTELY FREE on the next available match day.

How do you calculate overall match day winner?

Example for 3 tips sent to our members, if the results are 2 WINS and 1 Lose, the overall results for that particular match day is 1 WIN. If the results are 1 WIN and 2 Losses, then you qualify for the 3 FREE tips on the next match day, because the overall results hereby are 1 Lose.

Can I pay using bank transfer or Western Union?

We apologise that at this moment, we only accept payments by credit card, PayPal and Moneybookers only.  Due to the complications of offline payments by Western Union, we cannot accept such payment modes.  Payments by credit cards and PayPal, we are able to track all incoming & outgoing payments instantly.

Can I request for a free trial tip?

We apologise that we cannot offer any free trial tips at this moment due to market constraints.
