How do members receive their tips from our tipsters?

All our tips are sent by email to all members, at least 3 hours before match kick off, or latest by 11pm (GMT+0800) for late night matches.  This is to allow members sufficient time to place their bets.

How long does GOL88 need to process the refunds to my account?

We promise to take no more than 5 working days after end of match to process all refunds, back to the same account the payment was sent to us.

Will all tipsters give the same tips for the same match?

All our tipsters have been advised not to provide tips for the same match, but once a while, this clash of match might happen.  If two or more tipsters release the same match, all tipsters must agree to release the same tips (for the same teams).

Can I pay using bank transfer or Western Union?

We apologise that at this moment, we only accept payments by credit card and PayPal only.  Due to the complications of processing refunds by Western Union, we cannot accept such payment modes.  Payments by credit cards and PayPal, we are able to track all incoming & outgoing payments, so that it would create situations whereby our members would complaint of not receiving their refunds.

Can I request for a free trial tip?

All our tips comes with RISK-FREE 100% full refund in event the tip lose or even draw.  As such, we apologise that we cannot offer any free trial tip at this moment.
